COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This crisp, zesty American Pale is characterized by the sharp bitterness missing in many domestic pale ales. The clean finish and slight fruity notes help make our flagship brew a delightful treat.

UPDATED: FEB 22, 2007 Slightly Murky Gold Coloring. Good Head. Roasts and Hops are the Dominating Aroma and Flavors Here.. Woodsy as Well. Not Bad But Wouldn’t Drink Often. Rerated Winter of ’07. Light Hop Aroma. Sweet Malt, Light Subtle Herbal Quality to it.. Nice Dry Hop Finish...Dryer the More you Drink...but Nice Summer Pale Ale.

12oz bottle- A copper body with a not so evident off white head. An aroma of hops and fruit with a taste of hops and malt. Not bad.

Sampler flight at the brewery. Dark golden-straw colored pour, thin head, sweet nose, mild hops and some malt flavor.

This beer is really pretty decent, but still nothing much to it. I like some more complexity.

A decent pale ale but with a somewhat soapy bitterness in the finish. Pretty though with a long lasting head.

Hazy yellow/gold with thick white head. Roasted nuts, fruit and pine on the nose. Medium mouthfeel, with lingering bitter finish. Pine, vanilla, citrus, nuts, and light malt make up the palate on this. Not bad session beer!

Draft @ Hilltop in Stevens Point. Really pale yellow in the glass, macro-swill appearance. Aroma is subdued, but some decent fruit and hop character. Taste is watery and fairly bland, with some citrus and a decent kjick from the hops @ the end. All in all - pretty pedestrian, maybe a little less.

Poured from 12oz bottle, pours a clear golden with a soapy white head, aroma is of sweet malt with some barnyard funk mixed in, the flavor has a slight hop kick and it has a light sweet finish, overall this one doesn’t really impress me.

Pours slightly hazy orange with white head, aroma has notes of some caramel, pine, touch of oxidized hops with a touch of bread, earth. Taste is slight caramel, bread, with some grass and pine, finishing slightly bitter. Not bad, but a bit of off flavor ruins a good thing.

Pours a pale golden yellow. Some small lacing left on my glass. Aroma is caramel and floral hops. Flavor is loaded with caramel sweetness and some hop bitterness in the finish. Rather unimpressive.
