UPDATED: FEB 4, 2011 Bottle at Bodega in La Crosse. This beer is a clear orange color with a thin off-white head that recedes to an outer ring. Rings of lacing on the glass. Cereal malt and grassy hops aroma. Medium body with flavors of hops, grass, pine and sweet malt. The finish is short and hoppy. Decent overall. crossovert (12934) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAR 13, 2011
It pours a nice clear gold with a bright white head.
The nose is subtle, mild and grassy.
The flavor is malty with a hint of citrusy and grassy hops.
The mouthfeel is smooth and it goes down easy.
It is a basic, basic beer, a good session beer.

maybe mine was old? i’ve some to expect great things from CW, and this beer was booooooring. just lifeless. definitely nothing offensive, but everything from the body to the aroma and flavor was understated. " hopscotch (11101) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - DEC 25, 2009
Bottle… Lightly hazed yellow ale with a small, creamy, white head. The bouquet offers pale grains, mild leather and barely-perceptible acidity. Full-bodied and creamy with gentle carbonation. Fresh lupulin and pale malts provide perfect balance. Mid-length, crisp, refreshing finish. BVery (10510) - Plymouth, Minnesota, USA - NOV 23, 2013
UPDATED: DEC 30, 2013 Tap at Muddy Waters. Mostly clear orange pour with a full pillowy white head. Perfumy floral nose with some citrus. Unbalanced taste - finishes pretty rough on the bitterness. Not bad overall. sebletitje (10080) - Enghien, BELGIUM - DEC 20, 2009
bottle @ Tampa xmas gathering.
pours golden, white head
aroma is malty, hints of citrus hops.
flavor, citrus/grapefruit hops, overall profile keeps a more subtle malty approach.
Was expecting a little more hops rather than malt. Simple and refreshing. GT (10000) - San Diego, California, USA - NOV 23, 2012
651mL thanks to nuplastikk. Pours hazy orange. Weak head. Nose is cheesy, dusty, lemon bitters. Taste is very dry, nutty, astringently bitter. Not my style. Very soapy to chemical.
