Well done, for the boring style of "Octoberfest" beers that come out this time of year. Somewhat earthy yeast aroma upon opening bottle and pouring a thick head of off white foam. A very pleasant sweetness of malt in the first sip with maybe a little hop drying in the finish---very drinkable as all fest beers should be. sawbuck (778) - Round Lake, Illinois, USA - AUG 19, 2014
Aroma of roasted caramel and some toffee. Orange in color with notes of brown. Thin, light-tan head. Sweet caramel, with some hidden roasted notes. Sweetness continues throught, with a mild bitterness at the end. Pretty straight forward...not much depth. O.K. TXBadger (2811) - Dallas, Texas, USA - APR 23, 2014
More of an average and very drinkable Oktoberfest lager. This one has a lot of malty character with just a bit of hops. Expect mainly bready, roasty flavors on this. Scipio (1269) - Palatine, Illinois, USA - OCT 28, 2013
Pours a clear copper with minimal head. The aroma is somewhat subdued, with caramel, bread, and hints of grassy hops and apple. The taste is dominated by maple and caramel, to go along with mild grass and bread. It isn’t complicated, but it tastes alright. Very short maple aftertaste. Light to medium in body, slick in texture, and below average in carbonation. This is one of your more generic Octoberfest beers. TheHOFF43 (2052) - Robbinsdale, Minnesota, USA - OCT 24, 2013
Bottle. Pours a clear dark gold with minimal head. Very typical octoberfest beer, but not as good as many others.

Dark amber with minimal foam. Aroma is sweet caramel and vanilla. Taste is also sweet caramel and vanilla. Almost like a root beer. Very unusual. Nice but not an Octoberfest. ryecatcher (1471) - Bridgeport, Chicago, Illinois, USA - OCT 3, 2013
Bottle. Pours a ambery-coppery Marzen color. Nose is malty and toasted bread. Not much in the way of a head, but no worries. Mouth is medium bodied, toasted malt, toasted bread, and well balanced. A quality Oktoberfest from the Bavaria of the US of A. Now, if only I had some weisswurst and mustard... beerbaaron (1997) - Arizona, USA - SEP 29, 2013
Pours a clear medium amber with large frothy off-white head. Aroma not up to standard of the better oktoberfests; Some bread, little caramel, wet cardboard. Flavor is much the same. Medium to light body. More of a sugary sweetness. Not too flavorful. Surely drinkable; decent beer. Not a bad beer by any means but not up to standard in my opinion. MarinEvelyn (852) - Wisconsin, USA - SEP 29, 2013
Aroma slightly lacking, but sweet, malts, a little hops.
Taste better than the aroma. Malts and hop well balanced, fairly smooth finish. A little bitter, a little off from some of the better octoberfests, but not a bad beer by any means. XmnwildX12 (2079) - Farmington, Minnesota, USA - SEP 22, 2013
Bottle from Blue Max, amber pour with a thin white head. Aroma of some sweet caramel, malt, bit metallic. Taste is sweet grain, some hop character, but not a fan.
