On tap. Pours a clear amber red with a near white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces. Aroma has lots of straw with grass and a touch of pine. Flavor has grass, light pine and a bit of straw. libertine (433) - rochester hills, Michigan, USA - SEP 9, 2016
Not much I can say here. Really sweet. Lacking any kind of a hop balance. Why in the hell did you bottle this? Sucks balls. euniceradio (533) - Worthington, Minnesota, USA - JUL 11, 2016
UPDATED: JUL 11, 2016 12oz bottle to tulip. Pours bright clouded mahogany, white soapy head. Aroma of fig, brown sugar, pecan, red malts, caramel and raisin. Taste of same. Hop bitter dry finish. Mouthfeel is mod oily. eruizgarcia (340) - - FEB 15, 2016
Amber pour with a nice but quickly dissolving head. Fairly bitter start to finish, not as malty as expected. Almost a hint of spice and slightly citrus aroma, but not really that much going on. Just ok.

Hazy amber with a thin, off-white head.
Caramel malt, a bit of bread in the aroma.
Taste is earthy, caramel malt, nuts....
Fairly rich....not bad.

Really tasty. Thick and heavy. Nice flavor. Great color, red and orange. Malt, caramel, nuts, and grass. Tap bubblehouse (1527) - louisville, Kentucky, USA - SEP 5, 2015
Pretty dismal in my opinion. Pretty flat tasting. Not anything redeeming about it. shrubber85 (11397) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - AUG 14, 2015
Bottle. Lactic nutty toffee malt and straw aroma. Amber with moderate head. Sweet nutty toffee malt and mildly bitter herbal hay flavor. Nice body. Very pleasant. murphious2000 (36) - - AUG 3, 2015
Weak head, dissipates fast. Not much aroma, maybe some malt. taste is nuttiness followed quickly by pretzel yeast, then gone. Not a hint of malt sweetness/clover/floral. Boring and disappointing. But it is drinkable so that’s a plus. MaltOne (368) - Wisconsin, USA - JUL 19, 2015
Pours hazy copper brown, brief white head, nice effervescence. Aroma slightly sweet, biscuit, caramel malt. Taste follows, but with a solid hop backbone (usually its the malt providing structure and balance to a featured hop profile... this is the reverse.) Palate is faintly sweet syrupy. Overall... ad I have become increasingly disenchanted with ambers... this one ain’t bad. That hop backbone keeps it from being overly sweet and one dimensional.
