Pours a reddish-golden yellow, with thin head. Strong, floral aroma. Flavor is grassy, malty and sweet, with a bit of a mineral aftertaste.

12 oz bottle. Pours a deep golden color with a small white froth. Aroma is blandly malty sweet caramel and some bready grain notes. A bit of a flora hoppiness. Flavor starts sweet and floral, picking up some of the caramel and toffee notes. Finishes sweet and cloyingly candy sweet. Medium body and a crisp carbonation. Bleh

Narnad (1521) - Crystal Lake, Illinois, USA - DEC 9, 2011
Pours a deep amber color with a thin white head .Aroma is overall very light with only a light toasted malt presence and some flowery hops. Flavor has a light malty flavor, some honey notes and a very flowery hops presence at the end. Body is light, slightly fizzy with a hint of wateriness toward the end. Overall not too bad for a light brew. Definitely nothing against this brew.

Bottle. Lemony aroma. Wet and grassy. Flavor is bitter and hoppy. Not really much going on. Not a bad summer beer.

This one has a light malty aroma with a thin white head and an amber-orange color. Taste is definitely malt up front with a slight bitter finish. There is a sweetness to it also, but it’s very mild. It’s reminiscent of an Oktoberfest, but with a subdued character. It certainly is an easy beer to drink. This beer sneaks up on you with it’s flavor. Like it.Thanks to a native Wisconsin, Penny, for bringing this one to me.

On tap. Reddish color with quickly receding head. Flavor is largely malty with a bit of roastyness.

cbfobes (2887) - Quad Cities, Illinois, USA - OCT 27, 2011
12oz bottle, pours a clear amber with a red hue in the light, the aroma is slightly malty with some grass, the flavor is watery and a huge miss for me, some malt in the finish I guess, won’t be picking this up again.

jsquire (4622) - St. Marys, Ohio, USA - OCT 24, 2011
Reddish gold color out of the bottle with a small off white head that ended up as a loose affiliation of big bubbles. Nose of toast and wet grains. Sweet malt flavors with some apple, raw grains and a citrus hop in the finish as it warms. As it says it is a good session beer, but not much else going on.

On tap at Sugar Maple. Some hop aroma. Light amber, three-quarters of an inch of retained head, light lace. Creamy mouthfeel. OK drinkability.Sweet malt backing. Average beer.

Smells like caramel and frosted flakes. Flavor is caramel malt, lemon grass, and a hint of citrus hop bitterness, mouth feel is light and carbonation just slightly tickles the tongue. Not bad, a good beer to drink after work while trolling on youtube. :)
