On tap at Cerebral Brewing. Clear golden yellow appearance with a diminishing white head. Aroma of tropical fruit, earth, Brett, toasted grain, zesty hops and a touch of funky yeast. Similar flavor, adding mild sweetness and balanced by a light bitterness. Smooth, refreshing and easy to drink. Pretty tasty overall. wchesser (2110) - Denver, Colorado, USA - SEP 1, 2017
Fresh bottle. Nose is sweaty and minerally brett funk, light lemon and other citrus, wheat grist. Taste is dry and minerally, with bretty funk and light tropical aromas. Nice if simple. Dogbrick (13389) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - APR 12, 2016
Sample at Collaboration Fest on 03/19/2016. Hazy golden color with a medium thin white head that burns away steadily to a wispy film. Stringy lacing. Aroma of citrus, funky yeast, hops and malt. Light to medium body with flavors of citrusy hops, brett yeast and malt. The finish is funky with a citrus and herbal yeast aftertaste. Pretty good all around. onceblind (10095) - Denver, Colorado, USA - APR 10, 2016
Bright golden with a very light haze and a thin white cap. Lemon and orange zest combine with some pineapple and a light bretty funk on the nose. Big peppery and bretty barnyard flavor hit with some light citrus and light coriander. Not too bretty, nor dry, nor funky. Just right. On tap at the source, pours hazy golden with white head. Man this one looked and smelled like a million bucks the flavor in the finish is sweat sock, wet dog, wet corn flakes, chalk and peanut yeast suspension. Smell is grass and Brett with some other smaller notes of lemongrass, and cucumber watermelon. Medium body. Solid, besides the off lactic wheat Berliner thing in the close.

On tap at Cerebral poured a hazy yellow with a small lingering white head. Aromas of straw, lemon zest, barnyard funk and yeast. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of straw, barnyard funk, yeast and lught citrus with a smooth dry finish. notalush (5895) - Lakewood, Colorado, USA - MAR 22, 2016
Tap at the brewery (in it’s own logo glass) - turbid straw with a fluffy head/lace - seems like they were almost going for an Orval thing here - there are some tropical Brett notes in the nose, but it mostly has that rustic barnyard and oddly inviting plastic phenol Orval character - medium body, soft carbonation - light sweetness up front, but mostly bone dry from middle to finish - hay, straw - light pepper, dusty basement, musky pineapple - finish is dry, peppery, flinty - solid Brett pale.
