yespr (47041) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - AUG 25, 2007
33 cL bottle. Pours blackish brown with minimal red hue and a diminishing light brown head. Sweet malty with notes of figs and raisins. Flavour is raisin sweet with a slight roasted malt note. Nice for what is it is.

2.5
Ungstrup (38243) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - OCT 17, 2002
A very dark brown beer with a small head. It has a sweet licorice aroma. The flavor is extremly malt sweet with hints of licorice and an other spice I can't place. It ends with a flat taste. It's not the best beer of it's sort - I'd rather have either Kongens Bryghus or Thors similar beers.

joergen (28955) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAY 10, 2009
Bottle at home. Clear red brown coloured with a medium sized beige head. Very sweet aroma of molasses and caramel with notes of rye bread. Sweet flavour of molasses, caramel and rye bread with notes of dried fruits and hops. Sweet finish. A bit watery.

Papsoe (25059) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAY 6, 2007
(Bottle 33 cl) Pours a clear, dark, reddish brown with a creamy, beige head. Sweetish aroma of roasted malt. Medium body with a distinct sweetness, molasses, burned caramel and brown sugar, with a roasted maltiness. The finish is sweet - no bitterness. But delicate. 010507

2.5
saxo (19275) - Højbjerg, Aarhus, DENMARK - MAR 15, 2010
Bottle. Nice head with medium duration. Color is dark brown. Aroma and taste are rich malt and candy sugar, but not too sweet.

yngwie (17173) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - FEB 20, 2009
Bottle. A dark brown beverage with a ruby touch, topped by a small, beige head. Malty-sweet nose with toffee, molasses, some dried fruits and hints of red wine. Too sweet on the palate, quite sticky and full-bodied with flavors of dark sugars, molassess, prunes and dried dades. Long sweet finish with some dried fruits and molasses. Maybe a touch of bitterness in the far back. It probably has it’s use, but I can’t see what it is. Still, it’s a flavorful one, but almost sickingly sweet. (081213)
