Espuma cremosa que diminua muy lentemente. Buenas piernas. En el aroma caramelo, chocolate, café, toffee, tostada hasta quemada. Buen cuerpo, cremosa, pegajosa, gruesa. Termina amarga y el sabor queda. Salada. Un favorito. davidpl (435) - Santiago, CHILE - FEB 17, 2008
Appearance: black color. Medium head with dark-beige color, dense and lasting.
Aroma: fresh yeasty, toast grains and nice touches of chocolate and coffee. Aromatic reminiscences of truffle and toast-bread.
Flavor: pleasant toast grains taste. Yeast with reminiscences of bread and banana. The bitter-chocolate’s and grain-coffee’s touches is intensive but not excessive; these remember me a truffle, “alfajores” and chocolate cake. Too, a slight smoked-woody note. The sweetness has a good contrast with the final dry-toast.
Palate: medium body, semi-oily texture and low carbonated.
A pleasant Chilean porter, balanced and good yeasty touch. This beer is very much more than other handcrafted-chilean-beers. Very advisable. A surprise.

Has a black good color, with a foam, not very abundant, of color beige. The aroma is very good, remembers a sweet coffee with mocha. The flavor is penetrating, the roasted coffee stands out, to finish in an aftertaste toasted with a subtle touch of sweet. The bitterness is precise. Excellent. I believe that it is of the best Chilean stout.
