kermis (13278) - The Hague / Amsterdam, NETHERLANDS - MAR 28, 2016
Can from a supermarket in northern Portugal. Clear pale golden with a bubbly white head. Aroma of light grain, skunky notes and light cardboardy malt. Flavour is light sweet and bitter. Light bodied with moderate carbonation.

The cheapest supermarket beer in portugal is actually palatable. Clean and not too skunked. Mild and refreshing with a effervescent body. Crisp finish. Decent

Cheap beer my Dad drinks. Average lager, bitter and well-carbonated. No distinctive characteristics.

As Cristal Pilsener:
Appearance: Clear, Holden, some white head.
Aroma: Homoeopathic levels of hops and malt.
Taste: Watery hops and malt, pretty darn boring.
Bought: MiniPreço (Lisbon), 330 ml, €?.??
Info: 16/1-2016, BB: 29/2-2016

Cthulhu (1035) - MARSHALL ISLANDS - JUN 4, 2015
The colder the better that’s for sure. Thirst-quenching .A typical portuguese pale lager. Thin body , pale and not full of favor. Still better value than the overpriced Sagres and Superbock beers.

KeefOz (1838) - Tarragindi, AUSTRALIA - APR 23, 2015
Tasted 12/4/15 at Mercado Provenzal, La Latina, Madrid, Spain. Poured a crystal clear amber with a one-finger white foamy head that diminished slowly to a collar and laced OK. Carbonation extremely low and fine. Aroma of sweet malt; no obvious hops. Taste light and of sweet malt with no real bitterness. Light body. Smooth, crisp and refreshing while cold. A lager rather than a pilsner. Another macro-brewed beer.
