AROMA: medium-high Port barrel notes, medium-low Maillard presence with a low background note of wood. sweet impression. APPEARANCE: dark ambar color with ruby highlights and hazy. low beige head with low retention. leg formation. TASTE: medium Port notes, followed by medium-low bread crust and a low wood and slight vanilla presence. medium-low bitterness with a semi-dry to dry finish. PALATE: medium-high body with low carbonation. alcohol warmth. From tap at Duque brewpub, Lisbon, Pours dark reddish brown liquid, small creamy tan head, Aroma: lots of candied fruits, raisins, griotte cherries, alcohol, Taste: heavy sweet, medium bitter, light to medium sour, fruity- candied, griotte cherries, alcohol, bit taninous, herbal/earthy botter, very sweet, very alcoholic, Palate: full body, soft carbonation, thick oily sticky mouthfeel, long sweet taninous alcoholic aftertaste, Ovetall: excelent one, almost matvelpuse, thick, rich, alcoholic.
