"Super Bock Stout is a black beer, produced from special malts which give it a distinct flavour and aroma, and a long-lasting creamy head. It differs from the other black beers on the market because it is richer in extract, more full-bodied and with a more complex (almost fruity), not-so-roasted taste and aroma."

Minimal light brownish top. Aroma of roasting and brown sugar. Low carbonation towards flat with tiny bubbles. The brew is small in many ways... Bottle, character, palate, complexity... Even though being of little interest it is still drinkable and enjoyable

Coloração preta, espuma marrom formando um creme alto e de boa duração,aroma maltado com notas de caramelo e café,sabor suave com gosto do café mais evidente, leve presença do amargor do lúpulo no final,média carbonatação,refrescante,fácil de beber.

Bottle, BIG THANKS TO VESTERGAARD! Pours black with opaque shine and light brown head. Aroma has lot of pilsner malt, biscuit, sweet malt, light liquorice, subtle roast. Taste is malty, sweet, extract, light light dry roast in finish. Thin body.

Vestergaard (2091) - Aarhus C, DENMARK - OCT 15, 2015
Bottle. Pours black with a reddish hue, and a lasting, fluffy light brown head. Aroma has lots of malts: Pilsner, roasted, slight caramel, slight pale ale. Slight coffee and licorice. A hint of chocolate malts as well. Taste is malty sweet, slight roasty bitter, watery and.. pretty mass produced pilsner-like.. Fairly high carbonation and a watery body.

Beautiful nougat colored and rich foam. Aroma is not very much, actually only slightly roasted malt. The taste is a bit like very dark bread, almost like pumpernickel. Palate is sweet and have a taste of a little English licorice, dark bitter chocolate and dark dried fruits. The finish is semi-dry to dry, and hop bitterness is weak and puts a little edge of sweetness.

Pours very dark brown with a very thin brown head. Plain aroma, only some mild roasted malts. Taste has caramel and dark malts. Light bodied, a bit sour. Not a stout. Just OK.

UPDATED: JAN 4, 2016 From a 330ml bottle on 26/8/2015. Pours a very dark brown with the smallest of heads. Has a moderate but quite distinct chocolate/caramel malt aroma. In the mouth, it’s sweet and malty, with lots of chocolate, finishing with a modest bitterness. The palate is slightly creamy and the carbonation average. Imo, this is much better than the ratings suggest. It’s not super complex but it’s quite tasty and eminently quaffable. Actually pretty good.

UPDATED: NOV 18, 2015 This is an unique beer on how the aromas give you rather great expectations, but both the palate and taste are a let down. Let’s be more structured for this review, though.~~~~ Bottle, 33cl. Pours flat to soft carbonation, no real outstanding head that disappears quickly. Dark appearance - artificial colouring. Taste is bland and homeopathic, pale lager-like but without any bitterness. Sweetish, but no complex development for a decent stout. Virtually no aftertaste either. Palate is definitely watery. I have seen a few reviews that say "oily", but it must be a bit placebo due to the appearance: I find it totally watery. ...which might not be so bad after all, since it makes it effectively drinkable, but the colour is misleading. Not really any character. Not a great one, but there sure are worse beers around.
