"Super Bock Stout is a black beer, produced from special malts which give it a distinct flavour and aroma, and a long-lasting creamy head. It differs from the other black beers on the market because it is richer in extract, more full-bodied and with a more complex (almost fruity), not-so-roasted taste and aroma."

Bottled from supermarket in Albufeira, Portugal. Black appearance, small brown head. Malty nose, caramel, roasted, some liquorice. Very sweet flavor, lots of liquorice, some malts. Little bit bitter in finish. Seems like the Portugese equivalent of Dutch oud bruin. I like it, though it seems closer to a sweet stout than a dunkel.

Pitch black with a very short lasting brown head. Sweet aroma with some chocolate. Very flat roasty-sweet taste. Finish is very short, oversweeted. Not sooo good...

Aroma; caramel, dark sweet malts, vanilla, cinnamon, cream. Look; modest beige head on black body. Taste; caramel, sweet dark malts, fruit note, milk note - chocolate in the finish. Feel; moving towards dry. Overall; stout? more as a schwarzbier. Oh I see, it is schwarzbier, then all right! [33cl.btl abv5% BB.09/2016 [email protected] nearby Sintra]

A minha cerveja preta favorita! Muito equilibrada. No amarga. Tem algumas notas de chocolate/caf.

Olho 10/7 2016. 33 cl bottle from local minimarket. Black label telling me I am holding a stout. Pours opaque dark brown with off-white head. Settles as thin layer of foam. Lacing on the side of the glass. Aroma has caramel sweetness but nicely balanced bitter chocolate and coffee. Roasted dark malts. Soft carbonation and slightly thick palate. Taste is suprisingly light for something called a "Stout". Taste is sweet followed by medium bitterness. Aftertaste is short and sweet. Fine enough - but not much of a stout.

Dark, coca-cola like with a off-white head. Aroma is mainly caramel with hints of coffee. Not so bad as expected.
