Scrapersnbeer's rating

   AROMA 4/10   APPEARANCE 3/5   TASTE 3/10   PALATE 2/5   OVERALL 8/20
Scrapersnbeer (1532) - Boston, Massachusetts, USA - APR 14, 2013
Aroma is lots of skunk and grain like a cheap pils. Keeps some head and has lively carbonation. Taste is all corn syrup. Thin body, easy to drink. Considered a cheap beer at home, it makes no pretense of being a ’premium’ brew here either, price-wise that is.

Gold-ish tint. Drank it many times as I'm portuguese. Head is nicely coloured but dies instantly. Sweet malt taste that gets bitter fast leaving a not too bad but not good either aftertaste. You can smell the alcohol easily on it. Refreshing on a sunny day and drinkable but not more than that.

macca147 (387) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - OCT 16, 2017
On tap at pub in Porto, Portugal. Pours a pale biscuity gold with a white head. Aroma: sweet malt, citrus, grass, mild caramel. Taste: sweet and biscuity malt, very mild citrus. Thin bodied. High carbonation. Moderate to high bitterness. A bit over carbonated and over bitter for my liking. Not a well balanced beer.

Enjoyed: Poured from a bottle into lager glass. Appearance: Clear golden colour, with medium short-lived head. Aroma: Usual lager aroma, malt, corn. Palate: Light body, medium carbonation. Taste: Malt, corn, gently sweet; light bitter aftertaste. Overall impression: Nothing special, usual lager; good enough, drinkable.

Daboch (101) - Gdansk, POLAND - SEP 30, 2017

UPDATED: OCT 13, 2017 'Mini' bottle brought back from Madeira, thanks to Matthias and Tamara!
Pours clear 'Pilsner-like' golden with a minimal, white head. The aroma contains grain, hops, malt, corn(flakes), some iron. It tastes medium malty sweet and very light hoppy bitter, with a slightly grainy and metallic finish. Light body, watery texture, soft carbonation. Below standards, even for a Pale Lager.

Fajny słodki aromat, delikatny lagerowy smaczek. Bardzo dobre piwko. barwa słomkowa.

alex_leit (5018) - Minsk, BELARUS - SEP 19, 2017
Bottle. Pure gold color, white foam. Aroma: herbaceous and slightly spicy hops, malt, light fruitiness. Taste: cereal, light malt and fruits, almost no hops, watery.

loscovar (652) - Trieste, ITALY, Villeneuvette, FRANCE - SEP 15, 2017
On tap in nazaré, Portugal. Regular type lager, refreshing but universal...

Rhombic (145) - Elx, SPAIN - SEP 12, 2017
Bottle 33cl in Lisbon. Pale yellow, transparent, frothy head. Smells sweet and cerealy, a bit of cardboard. Mild lager with malty notes in finish, not amazing but decent for a macro. Mild and watery, with nice finish that is unfortunately too short. OK, refreshing.
