2.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Dark brown, beige head, with good retention, roasty aroma, couldn’t find any hops in there. Roasty flavor, light body, 5 degree alcohol. More a schwarzbier than a bock, very drinkable, but not my style at all.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Medium chestnut brown. Thin but rich head, some colour as a Guinness head. The aroma has toast, caramel, toffee and a bunch of fruit. The taste is thinner, like gutted malts...a let down. This needs some more residual sugars to bring everything into balance.
