Ingredients: Water; Two-row Barley; Chinook, Mt. Hood Hops; Yeast.
Our original formula. This brew is bright, deep golden yellow in color. The aroma is of sweet malt, lightly floral and hoppy. The flavor reflects its hop bitterness; slightly sweet, and just a perfect balance of two row barley malt, Chinook, Mt. Hood, and peerless hops that culminate to a very clean and semi-dry finish.

Clear-glassed bottle. Grassy nose and not yet skunked. Slightly hazy pour, for some reason, strong carbonation coursing through a sickly pale yellow-golden, with a cream off-white head. Taste is bittersweet, aftertaste a little bready, corn throughout, lightly floral with citrus underneath, manages to find a nice balance between creamy and crisp, little bit of sting in the throat at exit, though. Medium body with some dirt and grain husks. Best pale lager I’ve had in a few weeks? No, it’s still a mess and I’d rather have a malt liquor.

Not too impresive, average for a mexican pilsner, and following this track lemon can be a good partner to improve
