Dark amber colour with large white head, malty aroma and taste of brown bread and caramel.Flavor is thin and slight watery with thin body. VertBaconStrips (2387) - Blerkablerka, VENEZUELA - JUN 23, 2009
Damn, I gotta say I like this stuff. This is not the first time I’ve had a dark mexican beer that has been quite tasty.
Poured out a dark clear mahogany beer with a good sized thick tan head that has great retention and produces slippery ropy lacing. The aroma is dry and a bit weak with grains and burnt sugar and toasted malts. The taste is along the same lines minus the grains - really malty with a some caramel. The mouthfeel is really good - smooth, good light carbonation and a low powered burnt and bitter finish. I need more. This stuff goes down very good. oh6gdx (26482) - Vasa, FINLAND - JUN 21, 2009
