Drought at Cest What? Light amber-yellow color, off white foamy head, sweet-sour taste, medium carbonation, long finish. Interesting but not special. RC8 (305) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 17, 2011
This is a grainy sweet-ish drinkable beer with relatively (but not mind-blowing) unique characteristics. Better than other attempts of hemp beer that I’ve had. thb (838) - Alberta, CANADA - OCT 1, 2010
Interesting mix of sweet, spicy, and herbal. Not the most drinkable - the dry spice wears you down. Pleasant enough and interesting, but just not very well balanced and put together. Fred82 (2332) - Québec City, Quebec, CANADA - APR 30, 2010

Appearance : Clear yellow with small head short retention.
Aroma : Cooked veggies. Some hops and malts. Hints of honey with small notes of raisins. Some spices.
Taste : A bit citrusy with notes of leaves and hay. A bit spicy with some herbs.
Overall : Taste is actually pretty enjoyable. I like the herbal profile. Its quite drinkable. Nose is quite avereage however.I like the citrusy touch. Taste gets a bit spicier at the end. Still a nice brew.
Bottle. Pours a copper toned body with a short lived off white head. Earth y with a hint of citrus, and vanilla. A bit floral with incense and wheat like notes, and of course hemp. Orange peel, wheat, hemp a light creamy vanilla like cream sickle, a bit of butter and hemp. Not bad, not sure what exactly is going on but its decent.

On tap at C’est What?. Pours a just hazy orange amber with a thin white head. Rootbeer and cream soda. Medium bodied, light caramel, slightly spicy almost rye notes. Finishes with a light bitterness and a little tart grain. Beershine (5253) - VANCOUVER, British Columbia, CANADA - OCT 3, 2008
Hazy gold with white head and lots of lacing. Diacetyl is intense. Smells like shortcake. Soft, almost no carbonation. Strong artificial popcorn butter flavors. Shamefully wrong: so much butter can use it to fry eggs. ILduce (285) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 21, 2008
340ml bottle: Semi-cloudy orange under an off-white head. The aroma is butterscotch and sweet malt with shades of spice. Taste consists of caramel, fruit, butter and chestnut with a herbal touch. Medium body. No hemp detected but interesting nonetheless. SledgeJr (3577) - Omaha, Nebraska, USA - JUN 24, 2008
On tap at the brewpub. Pours a light golden color with a medium white head. Strong butterscotch aroma. This is sweet and buttery like an ESB. Has a quick finish. Leaves good lacing. Hemp flavor? I can’t detect any. blankboy (7833) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 3, 2008
Draught at C’est What. Pours a clear bubbly gold with a small semi-lasting creamy white head. Mild aroma of caramal malt and fruit . Flavour: Hmmm, that’s different -- Caramel malt, fruit, herbs and spices, light hops and light bitter finish. Average bodied. It’s different and enjoyable enough.
