2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle. Hazy yellow color, grassy aroma. Taste was malty, little bit soury, only some hoppy tones, refreshing, Not bad.
First of all, this is not a Wit, this is a clear Hefeweizen.
Hazy light gold, medium white head. Cloves with some banana on the nose. Light body, sour, hay-ish. Finishes watery sour. Meh. Vells (1878) - Rīga, LATVIA - MAY 8, 2014
Quite malty, some fruitiness, but definitely cant call this "witbier". .at least not a good example or even medium one. Boring maltiness with few hops, far away banana, citrus and light yeast. Sweetish with quite noticeable sourness jolo (1003) - Uppsala, Sweden, SOUTH AFRICA - JUL 27, 2012

Bottle at a tasting in Uppsala, July 2012. Thanks SaintMatty.
Hazy yellow with a small white head. The aroma was mild, as was the taste. Some citrus, spices and hay. The body was light. A drinkable beer but not that interesting.

Pale hazy yellow, bubbly white head. Nose is malts, hop notes, hay and ... baloney? What the...? Fortunately the taste has non of the processed meat notes to it, just crisp, spicy citrus notes mixed with some malt and hops. Vaguely prickly carbonation. Sour-grainy aftertaste. Refreshing.
