Pour is a bright gold with a small white head. Aroma is sweet grain and dry malt. Flavor is again a very dry malt with almost no hops present. It’s not a horrible lager as there is no skunk or wet paper bag flavor. It’s Indian beer not brewed in India. zach8270 (4022) - Henrietta, New York, USA - JUN 23, 2010
(bottle - 12 oz) Clear gold with no head and mild carbonation. Mild aroma. Very subtle sweet notes mixing with some grass and corn. Corn and wet grass at the start of the flavor with a very dry and stale tasting malt middle. Clean and watery finish. Nothing impressive but very thirst-quenching. topherh (1928) - Kearney, Missouri, USA - MAY 18, 2010
Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Aroma is bit of hops and sweet malt. Flavor is lightly sweet, a little grainy, lightly bitter, boring yesyouam (1016) - Fairport, New York, USA - MAY 4, 2010
Chakra is a very clear, very sparkling pale golden lager with a thin, soft white head that slowly fades and leaves nice lacing. It has a slightly sweet light malt aroma with a hint of funk and perhaps Saaz. It’s light bodied with a dry finish. It starts a little toasty then gets lightly bitter and lemony and finally, sweet. It has a syrupy sweet aftertaste. It’s a little boring but it has no obvious faults. It’s pretty quenching. larsga (7539) - Oslo, NORWAY - DEC 6, 2009
Medium offwhite head. Deep yellow body. Fruity mealy gasoline aroma with buttery vegetable notes. Dry mealy grassy buttery taste with harsh papery edge. Mid-bodied. Harsh, slick mouthfeel. Dry alcoholic cardboard aftertaste with grassy notes. Bitter grassy taste lingers. This beer is all over the place with both good and bad elements. (0.5l bottle, Centra, Oslo.)

An OK lager, very refreshing. I had it in a big bottle, like champagne style. Goes very good with indian food of course. Yellow golden color, quick sweet aroma and slight malty taste, not much after taste.
