Cask at The Coach and Horses Norwich. Clear dark brown small cream colour head. Notes of vanilla toffee chocolate dark malts and dark fruits. jjsint (3496) - Leicester, Leicestershire, ENGLAND - OCT 21, 2016
Handpull cask at the Coach & Horses, Thorpe Road, Norwich. Translcent, mid- to dark brown with a light beige head. Nutty, malty aroma. Typical of a good mild but nothing particularly outstanding about it. Sweet chocolate malt at the start of the taste, but it ends with a markedly bitter finish. A decent enough mild without a lot of character.
