Terminus (3765) - St. Louis, Missouri, USA - JUL 5, 2013Tap at brewpub july 2013
Pours bright ligbt orange with a small soapy white head and great lacing!!! Nose has all those flowery centennial notes you would expect like in two hearted with some husky malt maybe rye notes. Flavors show the centennial hop very similar to that aforementioned beer witb lively floral notes and mild bitterness with nice biscuty malt profile. Body is crisp with perfect carbonation. This is a great single hop pale ale that show that this hop is still a contender in the hop overload going on in the micro business!

Super light and sweet citrussy aroma. Smooth and a bit sweet. Masses of citrus and nectarine, also quite sherbetty. Good balance for a hoppy beer, but maybe too sweet.
