Pours golden with a cereal aroma of German malts. The carbonation rose in a single bead like Champagne. No trace of diacytel which I have been picking up a lot lately in the lager category. Overall, crisp, clean American lager.
On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear light gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has grains and bread with a bit of crisp lager yeast. Flavor smooth grain and bread with a bit of crispness towards the finish. gvasquez1 (1) - albuquerque, New Mexico, USA - MAY 22, 2013 does not count
Not your typical golden lager, hoppy and smooth. Better than domestic lagers. Would drink agian. B+ adnielsen (10605) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - JAN 3, 2013
Tap @ Chama River. Pours a clear, light yellow appearance with a white head. Somewhat sweet malty, straw, grassy aroma. Chewy grainy, sweet lemon water, fairly bitter flavor. Bleh. MadRobin (2988) - Silver Spring, Alabama, USA - NOV 20, 2012
On tap 4 oz. sampler at Chama River restaurant in Albuquerque, NM. Very clear pale yellow with white head and good lacing. Aroma of pilsener malt and hops. Taste of floral hops and pilsener malt. Light body and high carbonation. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Clear gold with a bit of white head. A clasic pils; clean with hints of fruits. Refreshing and I don’t generally like pilsners...I would say it rivals or surpasses those I had in Czech! Oakes (17274) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - NOV 20, 2011
Hazy straw. Husky palate. Not much aroma. Grainy, corn-tasting faux-macro. I moved on quickly from this one. DiarmaidBHK (4785) - Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 28, 2011
Draft at brewpub. Pours golden with a slight cereal note on the aroma. Creamy smooth taste. It’s quite refreshing without actually tasting like anything. decaturstevo (6240) - decatur, Tennessee, USA - AUG 15, 2011
Yellow with creamy white head and lace. Light paper and a dry corn. Flavor of paper, light malt, and a light bitter. A tad thin and fizzy jcwattsrugger (12418) - Florida and, New Jersey, USA - JUL 4, 2011
