UPDATED: JAN 28, 2005 Crystal clear straw colored body with a cottony white head. Nice fresh malty nose with notes of butternut and honey. Flavor has a rich, bready pils malt character plus some firm spicy hops that are just assertive enough to keep your attention. Very crisp and super clean. Medium body with some palatable texture unlike so many lagers. This is the best pale lager brewed in New Mexico to date. I would happily buy growlers of this, especially in summer. Outstanding deck or lawnmower beer.

tap at brewpub-pours golden yellow with a good wthie head that was slightly rocky and sudsy. nice lemongrass aroma with notes of sweetness and good hop presence. crisp bitterness with a good grassy note in the finish. i could drink this all day! Long finish for such a light beer. very clean and well done! Good spicy hop belch long after the beer is done (and into the next)

[email protected] Pours golden with a cereal aroma of German malts. The carbonation rose in a single bead like Champagne. No trace of diacytel which I have been picking up a lot lately in the lager category. Overall, crisp, clean American lager.

Sampled, pours a clear straw color with very light head and aroma of bread and slight hay. Taste follows the aroma with a very lagerish type taste i cant quite describe. A very good example of a malty light lager.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear light gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has grains and bread with a bit of crisp lager yeast. Flavor smooth grain and bread with a bit of crispness towards the finish.

SHIG (4962) - Wasilla, Alaska, USA - NOV 7, 2007
Draught: Poured a blonde golden color with a white head. The aroma was very light, but not unpleasant to say the least. This has a nice hoppiness to it and finishes very smooth maltiness. This was a nice change from what I am used to in Germany.

Yellow with creamy white head and lace. Light paper and a dry corn. Flavor of paper, light malt, and a light bitter. A tad thin and fizzy
