This beer is a clear pale golden-orange color with a medium fluffy white head that dissipates quickly. Spotty lacing. Aroma of grainy malt and mild hops. Light body with flavors of sweet malt and grain as well as lightly bitter grassy hops. The finish is short and malty. Slightly below average overall. boozedude (2228) - Des Moines, Iowa, USA - APR 10, 2012
Pours burnt orange... Aroma of light malts extremely light grass...taste is boring...water is main flavor..almost no carbonation..either i got a bad bottle or this is horrible milewide (2260) - Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA - APR 7, 2012
Bland, but understandable in 4.2% ABV brew. Clear, light amber color. Twist off cap is so "yesterday"! TheBeerGod (6233) - Newport News, Virginia, USA - APR 4, 2012
Bottle - gift from my friend Vince. It was from his beer of the month club. Golden with a medium, pillowy white head. Aroma is grainy and grassy with soft fruit notes. Taste is grains, cut grass, light citrus, peach and light tea notes. Body is light-medium with a soft, creamy carbonation. Finishes with more grains, sweet malt, grassy notes, soft citrus and peach iced tea. TheAlum (7164) - Aurora, Illinois, USA - MAR 30, 2012
12 oz bottle from Sprecher Brewery (Glendale, WI). The final of the 4 "Modern" beers from the secondary brewery Sprecher is doing. Pours a darker fuller golden hue, good glow and firm haze. A big cakey whitish head atop dies to a firm layer, laces well. Aromas are crisp cereal grains, bready malts, and a gentle kiss of spicy bread yeast. Some faint floral and earthy hops. Initial is fairly clean and simple, gentle kiss of dryness up front, a faint waft of lemon, moving quickly into bready and cereal malts. Bread, grains, and gentle sweetness kiss, making this light bodied beer offer a fairly clean experience. A gentle spice, some earthy grassy hops into the backend offer some mellow bitterness. A bit bland overall, light and easily drinkable, with some mellow balance. Not as bad as anticipated. Much better than the Onion Bomb they make.

Pours a light golden color. Aroma is slightly hoppy. Taste is also slightly hoppy. Not a terrible beer, just pretty bland. Arayaga2 (2199) - portland, Oregon, USA - FEB 25, 2012
Blond and boring. Basically a commodity beer with a craft ingredient or two. Rustyham (1836) - St. Petersburg, Florida, USA - JAN 31, 2012
Aroma of lime juice and aluminum. Color is a very pale clear yellow with a fluffy white head that sticks around for a spell. The flavor is clean, but terribly thin pale malt, cotton, and hay. Mouthfeel dissipated just as quickly. BrianHagmeier (299) - Coralville, Iowa, USA - JAN 26, 2012
I’m really surprised to see all the low rating for this beer? It was a great all around beer with a nice malt aroma and equivalent flavor. I just don’t see the problem with it. CanIHave4Beers (4188) - Pouring Bus, Iowa, USA - NOV 22, 2011
Ok Chameleon, this is the only beer you make that I haven’t rated yet. Make it count suckos.
This ale pours a very pale yellow color with a big fluffy white head that seems to be fizzing away rapidly before me.
The aroma is toast, limestone, and breakfast cereal... not enough breakfast cereal to be outright offensive... but enough to keep me from wanting to take a drink.
The flavor is fruity and lightly malty with a little bit of garbage and an odd lingering sweetness not really a sticky or heavy sweetness but sweet enough to keep this from being too awful refreshing.
I suppose the nicest thing one can say about 3/4 of the lineup from these guys is, "well, it’s not as bad as Hop on Top"
