Tap at Lake Geneva brewpub. Light golden pour with a foamy white head. Aroma is caramel chew with coriander and orange essence. Taste is fruity and yeasty. I like the bubblegum flavor over the coriander. Nice and full in the mouth. A good wit. MarinEvelyn (854) - Wisconsin, USA - JUL 14, 2013

As a lover of spiced and unfiltered beer, I must say that Witty is particularly good. If you like Blue Moon or even 312, you’ll love this. cards04 (2793) - Steinbach, Manitoba, CANADA - AUG 10, 2014
A solid Belgian wit. Pours a hazy light yellow. Aromas are citrus and wheat. Nice citrus and almost perfume like flavors. Very nice. Darkmagus82 (2302) - - SEP 6, 2015
Poured from bottle into a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a hazy orange amber color with a big billowy white head. The head fades slowly over time to leave a bit of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma of the brew is big of a wheat and yeasty smell with a whole lot of banana and clove. Along with these aromas comes smells of coriander and some grass and a little bit of an herbal smell.
Taste – The taste begins with a rather drier wheat taste with tons of yeastiness right from the start. There is a little bit of a banana and orange taste right from the start, with the orange sweetness fading as the taste moves forward. Along with orange fading, comes a good deal of clove and coriander, which with the blend of wheat and yeas, and the drying of the taste due to the loss of the sweeter orange, it ends up leaving a drier and thinner wit taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the beer is quite thin with a carbonation level that is rather average. A little thicker of a carbonation may have been slightly better, with a thicker body accentuating the yeasty and wheat flavors more. Overall it was just OK in feel.
Overall- A fairly decent wit overall. It has a nice drier taste with a lot of spice and yeast. The only thing really holding it back is its weak body, but otherwise it is a pretty good brew.

Pours a hazy yellow gold with a small white head that quickly dissipates. Aroma is citrus and spices. Nice and creamy on the palate, that taste is very pleasant- of wheat, citrus, spices and coriander. Not bitter- very well balanced. Pairs well with tacos. Pours a fizzy, clean golden color with a quick fading white head that leave no lacing. Aroma has a strong grains of paradise nose, modest amount of coriander and some light orange and wheat creep in at the very end. Flavor is reminiscent of the old Sam Adams spring ale but with a huge punch of spice. Grains of paradise really hit first with the coriander quickly picking up the slack as it fades. A very smooth orange sweetness kicks in late and really rounds out the overall early spiciness of the brew. Wheat malt is present but isn’t the dominant flavor by any means. Body is light/modest with a fizzy feel to it. Overall the strong spiciness was really balanced out by the orange flavors at the end. Good brew.
