You can smell the hot peppers on the pour. Taste is kind of like a habanero hot sauce mellowed with hops although hops don’t cut all the hotness. The pepper taste lingers on the palate after the finish. Emeister84 (2580) - Charlottesville, Virginia, USA - AUG 24, 2014
Aromas of fresh habanero, citrus fruit. Clear orange with a mostly lasting white head. Dry, spicy, a little fruity. Medium bodied. jackl (8423) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - SEP 11, 2013
Keg @ Beer Run. Amber pour with a small head. The nose is mellow lime and pickled pepper. Moderate singed grass. A bit of caramel-dipped red apple. The taste is much more aggressive than the nose. Wow. Stinging peppers, pickled veggies. Moderately bitter. Medium body, fine carbonation. Overall, I’m a bit biased against pepper (and elderflower!) flavors in beer. There’s nothing wrong with the execution of the beer, but what’s the point of it? Drake (14078) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - AUG 16, 2013
Draft at the brewery. Pours a hazy orange color with a thin creamy white head. Decent head retention. Aroma of intense peppers, citrus hops and caramel. The taste is intense peppers and citrus hops. Medium bodied, lingering heat.
