Bottle. Pours a hazed ruby brown with a small white head, soda bubbles mostly. Soda sweet, acid with some sweet fleshy fruit notes. Not sure if I really pick out the apricot so much, as it comes off more an amalgamation of peach, fresh plum, nectarines, and apricots. Little to no carbonation and deadly sweet. More apricot here but it really just tastes like a Goya fruit soda. Not really sour, or if it is, the piles of sugar and flavoring have killed it off. Lingering sweet candied fruit finish. Courtesy of jcwattsrugger. Pours clear pure gold with weak white head. The aroma is a bit sweet with peach, wet concrete pavement, mild funk and slick sweetness. The taste has lots of sweetness running into a peach/apricot mix then a sense of caramel and then drifting away into fading sugary sweetness. Pretty nice, love the touch of funk. jcwattsrugger (12559) - Florida and, New Jersey, USA - DEC 27, 2010
Tampa Weekly Gathering @BT Wesley Chapel-I got in trade with jtclockwork-12oz bottle-pours a thin white head and yellow color. Aroma is apricot, grain/light malt. Taste is apricot, slightly sweet grain/light malt. Easy. DuffMan (10772) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - DEC 26, 2010
Bottle, corked and capped. Very hazy orange amber, creamy white head that recedes to a thin skim. aroma is apricots in syrup and light funk. sweet apricot fruit, quite genuine, with musty basement nuances and a lactic tart finish. Quite sweet, but with a pleasant tartness and funky edge. sebletitje (10477) - Enghien, BELGIUM - DEC 23, 2010

UPDATED: MAY 20, 2012 Hazy gold, no head, syrupy medium body, low carbonation.madmitch76 (26448) - , Essex, ENGLAND - OCT 16, 2010
Aroma: sweet toffee bready malt, rich apricotl.
Taste: sweet caramel, dark ripe apricot, and a nutty or pit note.
Great flavor. Sweet, but not cloying The sourness is not as harsh as most lambics, which is nice, but it could use a little more.

Early amateur rating warning! A real eye opener, astonishingly fruity and sharp. Refreshing.
A: The pour is a straw color with a short lived white head.
S: Sweet and sugary with light apricots and some slight vegetable aroma that sort of overwhelms what apricot is there.
T: Intensely sweet and sugary with a definite apricot flavor. I think apricots are usually too sweet anyway, and this is just overdoing it. A little sourness, but not enough for me.
M: The body is light with a high carbonation and a slightly grainy feel on the tongue.
D: Not my favorite of these lambics, but certainly not the worst either. mcberko (19871) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - AUG 24, 2010
Bottle sampled at Firefly, pours golden orange with almost no head. Aroma of apricot, candied sugar and yeast. Flavour is extreme sweet apricots, quite jammy and sugary. Decent. blipp (9929) - La Mesa, California, USA - JUL 8, 2010
Bottle. golden orange, with a fizzy white head. Apricot sweet aroma, but like an old semi-spoiled apricot. Flavor is a bit better, with more of a candy like sweetness. Not awful.
