Third time with this beer, and I didn't remember it being this good. Aroma is pure milk chocolate. Delicious chocolates of all types inside this bottle; the quad base turns out to be a perfect choice. Fruity, creamy, decadent. A terrific creation.

Bottled. A dark red beer with a brown head. The aroma has notes of alcohol, malt, over ripe fruits, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with chocolate, roasted malt, and straw, leading to a dry finish.

UPDATED: NOV 14, 2012 Bottle, 66 cl. Very dark brown with a reddish hue and a small beige head. Aroma has lots of dark, creamy chocolate notes. Taste is dark sugars, dark chocolate, cream, vanilla. A little cloying, sticky texture. Not my idea of a great beer, let alone a great quad. Almost vulgar.

Bottle, 22oz. It’s a dark brown one, more or less clear, and with a dark beige head. Quite chocolatey aroma, with vanilla and coffee. Roasted matls too. It’s full-bodied and quite sweetish, with vanilla, roasted malts and lots of chocolate. Pleasant carbonation. Chocolatey finish with a good touch of roasted malts and vanilla. Well, I certainly like the chocolate part of the beer, but it’s not superb in any way. But I like it though. 121109
