Thanks to Exiled for sharing this bottle.
The beer pours a dark brown color with a tan head. The aroma is full of chocolate, dark fruit and roasted malt. The chocolate is nearly overwhelming and really melds well with the dark fruit notes from the quadrupel. The flavor is more of the same. The chocolate tastes like malted milk balls, with some roasted malt and a little bit of raisins and figs mixed in. Thick mouthfeel and medium mouthfeel. Definitely a chocolate-heavy beer that somewhat surprisingly mixed well well with a traditional Belgian quad. zathrus13 (1776) - Mount Laurel, New Jersey, USA - JAN 16, 2012
Bottle. Pours dark brown, with a light brown head. Aroma is chocolate, dark fruit, caramel, and alcohol. Flavor is chocolate, caramel, dark fruit, and malt.

22oz bomber poured into a snifter. From Beernbourbon in a trade, thanks Vince! Pours black with no head. Aroma of chocolate, dark fruits and Belgian sugar. Taste is medium sweet. Mostly chocolate with sugar and dark fruit and a little dash of vanilla. Medium bodied with a somewhat thin texture. Soft carbonation and a long chocolaty finish. Overall, very good. I would gladly drink this again. sonnycheeba (5988) - Federal Hill, Baltimore, Maryland, USA - APR 15, 2012
Bottle. Pours dark brown with thin, fizzy light beige head; short retention and no lacing. Aroma is milk chocolate, roasted malt, earthy hops, dark fruit, and vanilla. Flavor is malt forward with supporting dark fruit esters and faint hops; chocolate notes throughout with a dry, cocoa finish. Medium body, carbonation, and warmth. brystmar (1314) - Dallas, Texas, USA - NOV 13, 2012
Third time with this beer, and I didn't remember it being this good. Aroma is pure milk chocolate. Delicious chocolates of all types inside this bottle; the quad base turns out to be a perfect choice. Fruity, creamy, decadent. A terrific creation.

Nice chocolate, banana and spice aroma. Nice body with a velvety chocolate flavor. Very good overall. CWoodsKilla (36) - Columbia, Missouri, USA - FEB 10, 2013
This was an interesting brew. Aroma of chocolate with sweet dark fruits, like a cordial cherry almost. The flavor was a strange combo of chocolate with a sweet dessert wine, or possibly prunes or raisins. Somehow, that combination of sweet dark fruit and bittersweet chocolate works. Again on the finish, I was getting both chocolate and wine. All in all, really delicious and unique. TXBadger (2811) - Dallas, Texas, USA - MAY 26, 2014
Had this at a share; pours a nice dark black like oil with tan head. Dark fruits, chocolate, and some yeast on the nose; follows onto the palate. Finishes sweet. unclemike (3124) - Ft. Riley, Kansas, USA - APR 25, 2015
Reddish brown appearance with a small, tan head. Belgian chocolate, light candy sugar, light caramel, chocolate aroma. A touch tangy, Belgian yeasty, dark milk chocolate, candy sugar, dark fruity, plum, raisin flavor. Sweet dessert beer that’s pretty nice. kaser (6312) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUN 6, 2015
Black pour from draft at pour house in st Louis. Off white head. Fruity chocolate flavor. Strawberry and cocoa notes. Super good and hides the alcohol well
