Bottle 65 cl. Courtesy of byaeger. Pours an an almost clear with a white head. Perfumy coriander nose. Light body, tart and citrusy, dusty fruit, coriander and lavender with a dryish finish. Not too bad for the style. 270310 ChainGangGuy (4894) - Woodstock, Georgia, USA - MAR 7, 2010
Appearance: Dispenses a lightly hazed, yellowish straw-hued body with a small-sized, white head.
Smell: First, the spicing of coriander is quickly apparent in the nose. Then, in glide some notes of soft wheat and citrus fruits.
Taste: Upfront crisp white wheat taste with a light level of sweetness and minor background hint of fresh grain. Orangey citrus character and fruitiness. Plenty of the added coriander spice character, though not quite as forward as hinted at in the nose. Drying on the finish thanks in part to the crackling carbonation.
Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. Medium-plus carbonation.
Drinkability: A decent brew from Charleville that would make for a fine mid-Summertime refresher.

From small glass in tasting room. Draft pour a yellow/orange, fairly clear with light head. Did not expect it to be as clear. Mild aromas of citrus, a hint of spice. Very mild, on the light side Witbier. A bit too watery for the style IMO. puggy211 (712) - cordova, Tennessee, USA - AUG 30, 2009
Pours orange with an uneven off-white head. The aroma has smooth wheat, diacetyl, plastic fruit and light coriander. Medium mushy body with some understated carbonation. The flavor starts with coriander, overt mustiness and the aroma attributes. The finish has a lot of mineral traits and is lightly metallic. I like to support local breweries, but this beer just didn’t seem very good to me Headbanger (3999) - Aurora, Illinois, USA - APR 27, 2009
22oz bottle 12/2/08 (Wine and Cheese Place-St. Louis)-Pours a slightly murky yellow with no head. Aroma of wheat. Taste of the same with some coriander and orange thrown in. Light bodied but a belgian style wheat is usually a wit. Not much coriander and the orange is a little overpowering. sethdude (706) - St. Louis, Missouri, USA - MAR 22, 2009
Pours hazy gold with a billowy white head and light lacing. Aroma is very, very faint, mild cereal notes (think Lucky Charms) with a hint of a soapy smell, maybe chamomile. Flavor is much more interesting, orange juice meets massive wall of coriander. Which to me tastes an awfully lot like a certain "Nest Ale" from Japan. Unique and enjoyable, even if it’s not the next big thing. BillyM (151) - St. Louis, Missouri, USA - MAR 11, 2009
A very liquid wheat beer. Too watery. Sweet and fruity with mild carbonation. I can see the potential in the concept, but it needs much more body.
