Pours hazy gold with a billowy white head and light lacing. Aroma is very, very faint, mild cereal notes (think Lucky Charms) with a hint of a soapy smell, maybe chamomile. Flavor is much more interesting, orange juice meets massive wall of coriander. Which to me tastes an awfully lot like a certain "Nest Ale" from Japan. Unique and enjoyable, even if it’s not the next big thing. yespr (46530) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - MAR 28, 2010

bottle thanks to tizzlejizzle. gold with a white head that dissipates fast. nose is heavy on the lemon, citrus, faint spices, and wheat. easy on the palate, flavor is dominated by clove/spices, watery, lemon, and a wheaty finish. TheAlum (7164) - Aurora, Illinois, USA - JUN 23, 2014
Pour at the RBsG 2014 Schlafly Brunch (Maplewood, MO). Pours a hazy gently darker orange golden hue, a bit dulled, loose bubbles with some lively carbonation, frothy whitish head atop stays as a loose ring, laces minimally. Aromas are nice, a firmer coriander bent with gentle spice, orange rind and juice, flaked wheat. Some more citric bite meets that strong coriander feel. Initial is spritzy, dry and bubbly with some firmer coriander, mellow orange peel and bread. A smaller body shows more orange rind and juice, touches of grain, gentle dryness. Backend is a bit lighter, gentle crisp/dry element cuts through. Finish a touch dry, tart and lemon/orange play. That firmer coriander feel tapers out and becomes a bit more manageable. theisti (4157) - Kansas, USA - SEP 28, 2010
22 oz bottle purchased at The Wine and Cheese Place in St Louis, Missouri. Pour is a hazed slightly dark golden with some settling building up a 1/2 inch white head. Head falls quickly. Aroma is a soft and fresh peach fruit sweetness. Clean, though not terribly complex. The taste follows, clean peach fruit, with a touch of malt and wheat and a benign clean finish. Way in the back I pick up some grassy coriander. Palate is medium bodied, slick, and low carbonation. The sweetness lingers pleasantly in the aftertaste. Not really a typical Wit, in my opinion, but still fresh and enjoyable.

4 oz. draft at The Bridge. Pours a hazy yellow-gold with a small white head that sticks to the beer, not the glass. Aroma is light, but pleasant- notes of coriander, citrus, wheat, and pale malts. Flavor is just a bit better, with mild citrus, coriander, wheat, pale malts, honey, and floral hops. Light-bodied, with crisp carbonation and a light wheat mouthfeel. Crisp and refreshing. topherh (1929) - Kearney, Missouri, USA - NOV 17, 2010

On tap at Shamrocks Pub & Grill. Served a slightly hazy light golden color with a small head that faded to some lacing. Aroma of fresh grain and some citrus with a hint of fruity sweetness. Light taste of citrus and a mild sweetness with fresh grain and a hint of spice. Very subtle bitterness and a dry finish. Light body, smooth and refreshing. has a somewhat creamy texture. Nice Witbier. Good for the summer season or even to compliment a meal. Worth a try.
