>> Clear, low haze white straw, full haze white with dregs. Giant soapy foam with good retention. Beautiful white pepper and subtle yeast nose, light esters with spiced pear, nutmeg. Taste is lightly malty, pear, white pepper, doughy and quenching. Buoyant, soft, fluffy mouthfeel. Really one of the best true witbiers I’ve ever had.
UPDATED: JUN 12, 2014 pours a very pale yellow - similar to the color of ginger ale which is often a bad sign. fluffy white head. fruity aroma with high carbonation. very light body. tastes of melon and soft banana and some spice - maybe nutmeg or ginger. clean finish. one of the best Belgian wits I have ever had. very refreshing summer beer.

A bit hazy light yellow with a small fluffy white head. Aroma of spices, coriander, some cinnamon, lime, banana and citrus. Similar taste. Quite light but refrreshing. An ok one.

wit as a genre isn’t my favourite. but this.... I don’t know. balanced it is not. but perhaps balance is in tje brain... you’ll find LOTS of spices here: coriander, pepper, cardamom, etc. intriguing, it is, drinkable... maybe. all in all: interesting. but definitely not beautifull, alas

Pine. Pudding, peach, marshmalllow. A fun flavorful witbier with good drinkablility. jdobbs (411) - New Brunswick, CANADA - MAR 23, 2014
Nice, full white head, falls slowly with with thick glass coating lacing. Aroma has clove, banana some wheat and spicy-earthy-mineral yeastiness. The taste mirrors the nose quite nicely, with good balance between the clove, wheat and the yeast notes. The earthiness is particularly evident in the finish, closing the beer out nicely. guil0000 (433) - New Brunswick, CANADA - MAR 19, 2014
Pours a half hazy yellow color with a pretty big bubbling head that stays for a pretty long time. Nose is mostly orange with some other citrus a bit of yeast. Pretty good body for the style. Somewhat sour taste but not unpleasant. Finish is citrusy. Overall it’s not too bad exeter (531) - calgary, Alberta, CANADA - MAR 12, 2014
This looks like a typically Witbier. Pours as pale yellow colour. The smell is fruity and spicy with cloves and coriander. The taste is spicy and cloves are dominants. Very refreshing and it’s still a complex beer if you ask me. A very drinkable Witbier. Excellent beer. mike_77 (6576) - Breda, NETHERLANDS - MAR 9, 2014
Initial citrusy, yeasty aroma. Later it sweetens and seems to have some cinnamon. Flavour has initial tart freshness but again sweetens in herbal way. Chamomile, cinnamon, gale. Strange.
