75 cl. bottle sampled @ Modeste 2012 - apparently they do the whole Champagne process in house because shipping back and forth to France would be to expensive, brewed with Champagne yeast - bottle is slowly foaming once opened, the Champagne yeast is lively - dense bubbles in the white head, body looks bit Champagne like - spritzy nose, ester heavy, orange rinds, champagne alcohol coming through, yeast - light Champagne booze coming through in the taste, heavy on esters, the yeast, spice full, floral - carb. heavy, aggressive - once highly critical of the style, this one I can admire - big hit with the company, non-beergeeks, every day drinkers, one took a bottle home, this impresses easily all pallets, good stuff txspartan (1063) - Berchem, BELGIUM - OCT 6, 2012
Sour citrus aroma. Pale orange colour. Malty, sparkling, soft and somewhat sweet. BeerGolem (829) - Quebec, CANADA - SEP 3, 2012
Sample on tap at Bières et saveurs (Chambly). Pours hay amber with tiny frothy white head. Aroma is of barley and fruits. Taste is sugary sweet with slight acidity. Long lasting. Full bodied. Carbonation is low. I was very to have the opportunity to drink a sample of this one at Bière et saveurs, since it is very expansive and rare. VincentL (287) - montréal, Quebec, CANADA - JUL 15, 2012

Bottle, generously given to me as a gift at work, and shared with guests. This was a beautiful beer, as close to champagne as a beer can get while still remaining true to its beery roots. Very light yellow colour with effervescent carbonation. Mouthfeel is full-on champagne with fine prickly bubbles, light and lively and crisp. Sweet pale malts marry perfectly to the champagne yeast character, which provides floral, mineral, and soft subtle doughy notes. Just excellent.

Hazy amber and lots of head. Champagne-ish aroma, stylish and refined, with zesty floral notes. Hoppy, dry and with dry spice and florals. Good stuff. egajdzis (6830) - Pennsburg, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 27, 2012
Hazy dark golden color with a large white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of melon, tropical fruits, honeydew, toffee malts, toast, and alcohol. Taste of light citrus, melon, honey, light spices, and alcohol in the finish. Bov (13354) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - JUN 21, 2012
@Mondial de la Bière 2012, Montreal - quite clear blond beer; little foam left; slightly vinous, champagne-like; very fizzy and full-bodied; really sweet; quite dry and fruity, acidic, long lasting - very nice beer gramity (1684) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - JUN 19, 2012
Pours golden with a more-than-3-fingers head. Very bubbly, but micro-bubbles, so it’s very pleasant. Spicy and orangy. Medium body. There’s a little sweet edge at the end with an herbal hop finish. VERY nice. Radek Kliber (7501) - Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), POLAND - JUN 15, 2012
