Bottle @ beerbecue. Brown colour with a medium sized off-white head. Smells mustard, mexicano, meat, all kinds of weird stuff. Tastes herbs, coriander, sweet. Puke aftertaste. Medium body, soft carbo.

Pours an unfiltered mahogany with a massive tan head. Aroma is of plums, grapes, caramel, and toffee. Tastes of cherry, raisin, toffee, caramel, plums and sugar and spice. Has a medium body with average carbonation. Very smooth and fruity aftertaste that is really quite easy to drink despite the alcohol.

Lore (2661) - Budapest, HUNGARY - APR 22, 2016
reddish brown colour, huge beige-ish head; aroma of driied fruits, chocolate notes, some banana, grape and, surprisingly, coke (or kola nut); taste of intensive dried fruitiness, banana and coke again as well as some chocolate, celery and herbs; great Belgian strong ale!

dnicolaescu (2517) - Chișinău, MOLDOVA - JAN 27, 2016
100 ml sample. Thanks, bunget! Clear red-brown. Aroma has malt sweetness spicy roots or vegetables (carrots?). Taste: malt sweetness, vegetable spice, warming alcohol. Ok, but bizarre. (backlog 17-JAN-2016)

artemb (898) - Chisinau, MOLDOVA - JAN 21, 2016
Look: amber, hazy, no head. Aroma: caramel, anise, cherry liqueur. Taste: sweet with fruity sourness. Flavour: jam, spicy herbs, caramel, yeast, black pepper. Pleasant and drinkable, fruity and spicy balance.

Calisky (2916) - ALSACE, FRANCE - NOV 28, 2015
Couleur brune sombre, légère mousse. Nez épicé avec canelle et levures. Gout malté caramel cuit, très épicé canelle, anis étoilé, girofle avec note de levures et orange sechée. Corps assez épais. Fin sur l’épice.

jaghana (6012) - Strasbourg (Alsace), FRANCE - NOV 21, 2015
Bottle 75cl, a clear amber beer with huge off white head. Nose is on yeast and spices. Aroma is on sweet caramel, lot of spice such as cinnamon and cloves, lot of yeast, less complex for the alcohol level, disappointing, too much spices in there. Clearly over rated.

3.9
guil0000 (433) - New Brunswick, CANADA - NOV 12, 2015
Pours a dark brown/copper color with a foamy sticky head. Nose of brown sugar, dark red cherries, prunes, figs, red wine. Easy drinkable. Doesn’t feel like a 10% beer. Medium body. Medium sweetness. Low bitterness. The nose is amazing but it lacks a litle on the taste imo but still an amazing beer.

4.1
ametras (1574) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - OCT 20, 2015
750ml bottle. Clear burgundy with a foamy beige head. Flavors are yeast, dark fruits, spices, molasses, brown sugar, licorice and alcohol. Medium to full body, good carbonation, sticky texture.
