Poured from a 750ml bottle, thanks to Doug. Lemon rind, dusty, earthy, spicy, rustic, this is a very nice saison. Very high carbonation.

(bottle) clear bright yellow colour with a very tall, white head; aroma of citrus peels; clear, refreshing flavour with a long light bitter finish

Thanks northropfrye for sharing. Pours a hazy yellow with tonnes of whipped cream like head. Sweet candy and pastry aromas. Flavours are sweet and citrus at first. Then hoppy and medicinal at the end. Nice stuff.

750ml bottle from Broue Ha Ha. Clear amber with velvet white head. Light hops, pepper, light funk. Light body and moderate carbonation, little sweet, becomes a bit tangy, easy to drink.

Golden yellow in colour with a long lasting white head, excellent lacing. The aroma is generously spiced, orange peels and some lemon, pepper, herbal. The flavour is herbal, lots of citrus, bready, hoppy. Spicy mouthfeel, medium body, moderate carbonation. Finishes long, herbal, bitter.

Another excellent offering from Charlevoix. Very drinkable and thirst quenching.

750ml bottle from Marche Omni in Gatineau, Quebec.
Opened on July 11, 2012.

Pours a golden clear beer with a big white head. Smells lemon, fresh and yeast, bit vommit. Tastes herbs and spices. Some pepper, lemon. Not my kind of beer. Average carbo, thin body and a dry texture.

750 mL bottle. Bit of a gush when opened. Golden with a big, beautiful, white head. The head quickly fades to a small, sticky lump. The aroma is middling in strength, and quite earthy, with that typical Belgian note in the background. Flavour is fairly typical at first, but it finishes dry and bitter. (For the style). Nice.

Another great entry from an always exciting brewery. Pours straw with a huge head and long lacing. Lots of grapefruit, cereal and lemon with a peppery finish. Lots of carbonation and a lighter body. Great stuff.

750 ml bottle. Pours a clear straw with a long-lasting white head. Smells of cereals and spice. Tastes like cereals, pepper, earth, salt. Light, but sharp bitterness. Light-bodied, resinous mouthfeel. Very refreshing.

8 oz pour at Beer Revolution. Pours a hazy straw colour with a frothy white head and lots of lace. Aroma is of farmhouse yeast, pepper, citrus, soft fruits Clean mouthfeel, medium carbonation, mild alcohol warmth. Taste is a crisp sweetness, tempered with herbal notes, mild pepperiness, mild sourness from the yeast. Awesome introduction for me in the world of Saison.
