On tap at Volo. Appearance: golden orange, small white head. Good visible carbonation. Aroma: Grassy, pear, peach, apricot, flint/lighter, alcohol. taste: alcohol, pungent grassy, thick body, lively carbonation, not biting but there, quite spicy, lighter fluid acetone flavour (not in a bad way) Long nougat finish. Poured from a 750ml bottle, thanks to Doug. Lemon rind, dusty, earthy, spicy, rustic, this is a very nice saison. Very high carbonation. cards04 (2801) - Steinbach, Manitoba, CANADA - APR 28, 2013
Thanks northropfrye for sharing. Pours a hazy yellow with tonnes of whipped cream like head. Sweet candy and pastry aromas. Flavours are sweet and citrus at first. Then hoppy and medicinal at the end. Nice stuff. pushkinwow (2790) - Ottawa, CANADA - JUN 3, 2012
750ml bottle from Broue Ha Ha. Clear amber with velvet white head. Light hops, pepper, light funk. Light body and moderate carbonation, little sweet, becomes a bit tangy, easy to drink. rejtable (2687) - Ontario, CANADA - JUL 10, 2012
Another great entry from an always exciting brewery. Pours straw with a huge head and long lacing. Lots of grapefruit, cereal and lemon with a peppery finish. Lots of carbonation and a lighter body. Great stuff.

Golden yellow in colour with a long lasting white head, excellent lacing. The aroma is generously spiced, orange peels and some lemon, pepper, herbal. The flavour is herbal, lots of citrus, bready, hoppy. Spicy mouthfeel, medium body, moderate carbonation. Finishes long, herbal, bitter.Abijen (2571) - ’s-Hertogenbosch, NETHERLANDS - APR 5, 2014
Another excellent offering from Charlevoix. Very drinkable and thirst quenching.
750ml bottle from Marche Omni in Gatineau, Quebec.
Opened on July 11, 2012.
Pours a golden clear beer with a big white head. Smells lemon, fresh and yeast, bit vommit. Tastes herbs and spices. Some pepper, lemon. Not my kind of beer. Average carbo, thin body and a dry texture. TheJester (2542) - Cavan Monaghan, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 11, 2013
750 mL bottle. Bit of a gush when opened. Golden with a big, beautiful, white head. The head quickly fades to a small, sticky lump. The aroma is middling in strength, and quite earthy, with that typical Belgian note in the background. Flavour is fairly typical at first, but it finishes dry and bitter. (For the style). Nice. ciocanelu (2534) - Timisoara, ROMANIA - JAN 6, 2016
Slightly hazy golden color with fluffy, white head. Aroma has yeast notes, malts, a bit of honey sweetness and a bit of farmhouse character. Taste starts with honey, malt and yeast notes and gets slightly bitter in the finish. Medium body with crisp carbonation. Very well made, rustic and earthy saison. 750 ml bottle. Pours a clear straw with a long-lasting white head. Smells of cereals and spice. Tastes like cereals, pepper, earth, salt. Light, but sharp bitterness. Light-bodied, resinous mouthfeel. Very refreshing.
