Pours a slightly hazy light gold, attractive white head, really just about the perfect looking beer. Aroma is pale malts with a delicate balance of yeast driven spice and some subtle grassy hopping on the finish. Flavor here is a match. I can’t adequately describe how perfectly balanced everything is in this beer - it all just hangs together perfectly, and hits a great mix of being complex yet "drinkable." A truly superb saison. northropfrye (3712) - Steinbach, Manitoba, CANADA - APR 28, 2013
Thanks, Tommy. Yellow-orange body with loads of white head that looks like meringue. Funky citrus lemon aroma. Taste is slightly citrus acidic, grapefruit, sweet malts, vanilla. Nice. TheEpeeist (3709) - Media, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 8, 2013
750 ml bottle. Hazed golden orange with a puffy white head. Nose is lovely roses, wheat, lavender, honey and lime zest. Crisp and creamy with a tickling sparkle, a joy to drink. Taste is subtly sweet nutmeg, grain, lemon peel, tangerine and wintergreen. Better than the brewpub Cuvee des Fleurs; my new #2 saison. Metalchopz (3596) - Cantley, Quebec, CANADA - MAY 22, 2013
Found at Marché Omni. Pours a very slight hazy, light golden colour with a big creamy white head that lasts a very, very long time and chunks out foamy lacing. The smell at first reminds me of my first Unibroue experiences when they started. Spicy nose (peppery) with the Belgian Ale yeast, mild grass and citrus. Beautiful mouthfeel with just a little dryness in the finish, from the hop. Not overly bitter with a 35 IBU, which works well for this one. Very well-balanced taste of milder spices with the rest. The fruity aspect of a Saison are here, but come in and out as it breathes. Goes down very nicely and can be enjoyed any time of the year. cfrancis (3586) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 22, 2012
Pours a foggy gold with a big frothy white top. Aroma is cereal, light pepper and grains. Taste is light pepper with grains and dry cereal finish. Very nice.

Yeast bomb saison with tons of fruity esters. Pear banana and melon with some dirty bready yeasty malts. I dig it. Minderbinder (3469) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - JUN 1, 2012

Pours very clear golden/blond, with huge frothy white head. Very nice lacing. (note: second half of bottle poured hazy). Aroma is of citrus, spices, fruits. Taste is of citrus and spices. Fairly bitter. Interesting product, well balanced, refreshing.
Bottle thanks to Drewbeerme. Pours a lightly hazed gold with a fluffy white head. Nose is spicy pepper, vanilla and faint citrus. Pilsner malt and herbal hops. On tasting, it is dry overall with a vanilla tinged sweetness. Light tart note and soft. Malt forward, balanced soft bitterness. Pretty nice and different. pineypower (3346) - Ocean County, New Jersey, USA - JAN 27, 2013
