500 ml bottled. Drank in a glass. This one is a belgian beer made simply, yet still being very good.Big fluffy whitehead, not so strong on the yeast for a belgian beer. A lot of agrumes and pale fruit. Does not feel strong in alcohol even if its 7%.A good strong belgian blonde. This did not blow me away like the Dominus Vobiscum series however.

Appearance: hazy pale gold with one fat finger of fluffy white head, good retention and soapy lacing. (4/5) Aroma: bready yeast, floral, spices, hint of banana. (8/10) Taste: moderate sweet, mild bitter. (8/10) Palate: medium body, moderate carbonation, off-dry mild bitter finish. (3/5) Nice. If youre going to make the (in my opinion highly questionable) decision to not make it about the hops, this is the way you do it: get the yeast working. (16/20) 8/10 #ryansbooze ryansbooze.com

Hazy dark straw, almost golden color, with storming activity and floating yeast. Thick creamy and frothy beige 4 finger island head, lasting around 15 minutes, with thick legs. Flavors of sweet grains, caramel, barley, lemon, apples, apricot, Belgian yeast, floral spices. Dense bready malts, a good level of fruity sweetness, balanced with lots of zest and a sharp citrusy feel. Slick and smooth medium body with almost champagne like carbonation, highly crispy. Medium strength finish, sharp lemony yeast, a bit dry, hints of clove and banana, with a soft butterscotch feel and flowery hops. I find it almost like a cross between a pale ale and saison. The taste is very nice, weel balanced and intensified, with the proper highly fresh Belgian sensation. Overall excellent quality craft, while I find it lacks the complexity of a closer Belgian interpretation, like the Raftman.

Bottle. The beer has a strong, fruity taste with plenty of Belgian yeastiness. Plenty of foam.

Poured from a bottle on New Years Eve. Pours cloudy yellowish orange. Sadly a skunky aroma and taste.

Aroma of cloves and Belgian yeast, pours a hazy gold color without much of a head. Tastes of cloves with a hint of bananas. Medium body with a clove finish.
