Correcte seulement.

Pretty much like a tripel, but then Lubiere said this was based on Charlevoix’s tripel recipe. Has coriander, florals. Finishes with light sweetness. Soft carbonation. Pours blonde with good head and lacing. Tap at Festibiere Gatineau.

Quevillon (3236) - Boisbriand, Quebec, CANADA - SEP 3, 2013
On tap at the 2013 Bière et Saveur fesival in Chambly, Quebec on September 1st. Blonde straw average head. Dry pale malt aroma, slightly hoppy. Taste wheat hops, very sweet, a bit of light citrus, slight aftertaste. Very easy drinking strong ale!

Boutip (6737) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - JAN 25, 2013
Bottle: Poured a clear bright golden color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of sweet candy notes with some light fruity hops notes that are also easily discernable. Taste is also dominated by quite sweet notes of candy with some fruity hops notes and some pretty solid pale Belgian style malt. Body is about average for style with great carbonation and no apparent alcohol. A bit too sweet for my liking with maybe tad too much perfume notes as well for an everyday beer.

Pours a light golden yellow with a big fizzy white top. Aroma of corriander, orange and grain. Taste is light, carbonated with orange and corriander. Not bad.
