   AROMA 7/10   APPEARANCE 4/5   TASTE 7/10   PALATE 4/5   OVERALL 14/20
EnSiFeRuM (501) - Quebec, - APR 26, 2009

Solid Milk Stout, this micro doesn't deceive you. I like this region for their great food, great art, great scenery, and now great beer. Odd name, I can live with that.

the sauger (110) - La Pocatiere, Quebec, CANADA - OCT 22, 2017

peacy (4) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - SEP 11, 2017 does not count
Aroma : chocolate, coffee // Appearance : black // Taste : sweet, bitter // Palate : too fizzy for a stout, thin // Overall : the aroma is there, the taste is there, lacking a whole lot of texture. Still a good beer.

jksipa (1018) - Newmarket, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 3, 2017
Bottle from La Fringale du Monde. Opaque mahogany under a two finger rocky khaki coloured head that lingers and leaves tight lace. Nose is dark chocolate, coffee, lactose, light vanilla, roasted nuts and hints of plum. Flavour is light+sweet milk chocolate with a medium- coffee bitterness and a slight cherry tartness. Mouth is medium+ and creamy with soft carbonation and a medium length bitter finish. Alcohol is well integrated. Nice Milk stout. 8/4/7+/4/16
