Listed as 7%. Drunk like it too. Came across more as a Blonde than a tripel. Soft, slightly spicy some fruit (banana/apple), honey and sugar. Sweet, but not cloying. Well made and elegant. A brewery that seems to have it’s head screwed on right - they don’t make duff stuff. TimE (6127) - Tokyo, JAPAN - MAR 5, 2012
Sweet, marmalade , bread, grapes in the nose. Moderately sweet, lightish finish. KyotoLefty (10688) - Kyoto, JAPAN - FEB 14, 2012
Draught at Eni-bru. Slightly cloudy deep gold with lace. Yeasty, spicy malt nose with medium citrus (lemon). Sweet, fruity flavor with peach, orange, maybe melon. Spicy, with a nice tingly peppery hop and alcohol, stewed peaches. Very tasty, quite hoppy. Smooth and yet tingly-carbonated mouth feel. Very well done clean, hoppy tripel. Great for the first try.
