Bottle. Pours reddish clearish amber. Aroma is mead, honey, floral. Body is body, presently carbonated, and then something yuk happens. Burnt rubber, motor oil, medicine, garage smell. Ay! But I could smell this for quite a while.

Clear golden with little white head. Aroma is old cristallized honey, some resin, old tractor. Taste is very sour acid with a bit honey sweetness, also mealy and cloggy. Very strange and not good.

650ml bottle. Yellow gold colour with a white foam head that dissipates away. Aroma of honey, floral, melon, syrup. Taste is floral, honey, with some jasmine tea notes. Light bodied, slightly spritzy carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable.

Taster at The Mondial de la Biere in Montréal. This was my first mead.I think this was a good start. The color is a clear blond with no head. The taste and aroma was sweet of honey with some herbs fruit and a nice floral finish . I liked but I canot compare it with any other.

Pours cloudy golden yellow with a small white ring. Aroma is light sweetness and straw. Taste is low body, residual sweetness, fizzy carbonation. Tastes like a crappy soda.

Draft pour into a snifter. Crystal clear brown with some signs of moderate carbonation. Specks of white lacing. The aroma has sweet honey and fruity orange zest. Orange zest comes through nicely in the taste. Medium to light body. Really easy to drink. Not bad.

Wish I checked the ratings first. This is not meant to be a good mead. Instead is meant to be a bad cider. They just want to make a chugable gluten free alcoholic beverage instead of a mead.

Pale yellow-gold in colour. Slightly hazy. Small, frothy white head. Aroma of jasmine, flowers, honey. Tastes of pear, honey, and jasmine. Light body, with a slick, oily texture. Very soft carbonation. Finishes lingering, with a slight dryness. An interesting experiment, if nothing else.
