3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20
Light misty yellow body with creamy yet a bit unstable head. Nice fresh light hop aroma, oranges, honey and grassy. Refreshing and with a citric appeal. Taste is light, lemon, crisp yeast albeit a bit astringent. Drier than expected and not as full as I’d like. Actually a bitter bite to this because of the lack of full malts. It’s my kind of beer, bit this is far from perfect. Not full enough. As a refreshing wit that’s not loaded with orange peel and coriander, I actually like it. (75cl bottle from Bière Révolution)
Pours a misty dull yellow with a nice white cap. Smell is some spice, lemon, grain, grass. The taste is similar to nose with orange, yeast and a dry spicy ending. Body is medium with a full frothy carbonation.
