2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Has a doughiness aroma that is pleasant. It leads this rusty coloured beer into a malty taste. Slight citrus on the front of tongue. Little tang at the back. It's an old reliable. Good for Saturday afternoon but not one that stands from the pack.

Muted copper appearance with thin, tan head. Toffee and tropical hop aroma - pineapple with passionfruitsmells really sweet. Quite malty upfront, with a little grapefruit and passionfruit to finish, a weak and cheap tasting bitterness. Body is a little thin and dry - not the best offering from WA’s southern region. sm89walt (2079) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - FEB 16, 2016
Draught at the brewery, Margaret River. A light golden Amber with a small, somewhat lasting white head. Biscuity, bready malt aromas complemented by grassy and leafy hop characters. Good fruit to taste with yeast and malt complexities. Mid-weight with a soft palate texture and moderate length and intensity finish. cgarvieuk (25703) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JAN 26, 2016

TAP. Pours gold with small white head. Strange aroma, dirty hops.....? Mild malty taste up front, rolling into a oat/biscuit malt finish... Sourced cheeky monkey brewery ALLOVATE (3055) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - AUG 5, 2014

Deep, amber orange and bright with minute bubbles and a soppy, soapy white crown. Nose consists of granola, fresh baked bread and toasted malts, maybe just a little rose garden in the distance. Quite spicy, grassy and herbal on the palate with a peaking bitterness and crisp, clean, floral swallow. Lasting, hoppy, citric aftertaste is quite sharp and drawing to the palate and piercing to the olfactories. Quite malty with good body showing plenty of toasted, biscuity grain. Balanced to a ’T’. Really nice stuff!
Amber gold colour with a small white head, aromas of bready, doughy notes with a very minor tones of hops. In the tasting the hops are much more pronounced with caramel and biscuits mixed in as well. Easy drinking and pleasant, a good session beer. Brenhophead (695) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - SEP 27, 2013
330mL bottle. Pours golden with a small white head and a very light aroma. The aroma has hints of a doughiness + bready notes from the yeast and malt respectively, an ever so slight hint of perfume from the hops. The perfume is more prominent in the flavour with a slight sweet citrus note and some caramel/biscuit malt thrown into the mix. Well done. maneliquor (3514) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - AUG 6, 2013
UPDATED: SEP 27, 2013 Old reliable. Nothing much else to say here. Just easy drinking and quaffable stuff. Very biscuity for a pale varanid99 (1315) - AUSTRALIA - JAN 4, 2013
Light gold pour, thin white head. Aroma was malt with a bit of piney hops. Taste was similar, predominantly malt up front but nice mild pine/resin bitterness on the finish. Nothing too complicated, easy drinking.
