500ml can from 7-11 @ Koh Lipe, Thailand. Foam stays nicely. Normal cheers was better.

Can from a grocery store in Thailand. Pours clear light yellow with quickly disappearing white head. Aroma is banana, malt. Taste is sweet with overripe banana, malt and a bit of skunkiness.

490ml can bought at a Family Mart in Bangkok. Plain lager, the only extra is the alcohol, not flavour at all, but refreshing in a hot day

Theres nothing wrong with this beers. Its a perfectly serviceable beers. It certainly beats the alternatives in Thailand in terms of value. If you, like me, just want a nice beer to get buzzed off of, then this red guy is your guy. Its the only locally brewed strong beer. I say strong because in fact its still relatively weak and may get weaker still as Thai tax laws continue to discriminate against stronger beers. I still like Cheers red, but Ive since started to lean towards the Smirnoff Midnight 100 tall cans for beverage of preference since they are a whole percentage point higher than the cheers beer.

Tasted 6/1/2017. Can from markets, Nyaung Shwe, Myanmar; 500K. Filled 09/09/2016. Poured a crystal clear golden amber with a one-finger bright white dense foam head that retained very well and laced OK. Carbonation virtually nil with extremely rare coarse bubbles. Aroma subtly of malt; no obvious hops. Taste of slightly sweetness with low bitterness. Light body. Crisp and refreshing if cold with slight sweetness and low bitterness on the finish.

Icedwarf (1883) - Etten-Leur, NETHERLANDS - NOV 2, 2016
Blik van 7/11 Chang Mai. Helder geel bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is licht bitter hoppig en ietwat kruidig. Mits goed gekoeld redelijk te drinken.

Koelschtrinker (22074) - Köln (Cologne), GERMANY - OCT 31, 2016
Heller, trocken alkoholischer Antrunk. Laff herb, wenig würzig, milde Süße. Langweilig. 10/7/6/6/7/6

Can from a Bangkok 7-11. Poured a clear straw colour with a thin whispy white head. The aroma is medicinal, floral hop, light sweet malt, alcohol, light toffee caramel. The flavour is moderate bitter with a crisp, dry, mineral, hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Not quite as bad as I expected.

500 ML can in Thailand. Pours a dark golden brown with a lasting off-white head. Moderate aroma of malt and fruit. Soft carbonation. Malty and flowery taste. Slightly different from other Thai beers and stronger at ABV: 6.5%. You wouldn’t want more than one.

Manslow (1967) - Warsaw, POLAND - FEB 3, 2016
Puszka 0,49l kolor jasnosłomkowy, klarowny, piana niezbyt obfita ale zostawia ślady na szkle. Aromat trawy i słodu, smak pieprzowy ,trochę maślany i metaliczny, można wypić w upały.

Erzengel (9760) - Wuppertal, GERMANY - FEB 3, 2016
*Can in Thailand. Sweetish grainy beginning with alcoholic hints. Neither refreshing nor tasty. Sweetish grainy ending with not much bitterness.
