Tap at Barcade: Nice deep orange pour topped by a lacing, off-white, consistent head. The nose is full of crisp hop leaves, hints of lychee, and fresh soft citruses. Bright and welcoming. Has a creamy texture and a nice pine-y flavor. Fresh soft citrus flavors go well with a grainy, almost earthy hop resins. Very chewy fresh hop character overall. The finish is resiny, bitter, mildly spicy and long. Whether this is classified as an APA or IPA, it’s a solid, fresh-hop-filled Ale. JAF737300 (1291) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - OCT 23, 2007
Tap Pour....Huge notes of hops and citrus. It has a deep hop flavosr that does not overpower the palate but shows nicely through the final finish. Slipstream (2626) - USA - NOV 13, 2007
UPDATED: APR 15, 2008 On tap growler from the Whole Foods beer store. Dark gold with a big, fluffy head and a tangy, yeasty aroma. A rich, hoppy brew with a pleasant, yeasty bitterness. A little peppery - it tickles the sinuses, then finishes smoothly. Nice! BREWMUSKCLES (2686) - New Jersey, USA - OCT 27, 2008

UPDATED: OCT 17, 2008 Cask at Brazen Head, Bklyn. Poured clear orange with a frothy white head. Thick stripes and sheets of lacing. Bright orange and floral hoppy aroma and a smooth, slightly leafy or grassy citrus and tea flavor. A bit of mildly astringent tea leaf hop bitterness on the finish.
Draught version (Bierkraft growler)--Light amber color with a mostly floral hop nose, almost comes across as rose bath water. Some light citrus notes. Light and clean malts cut by assertive but rounded leafy hops. Some spritzy grapefruit bitterness on the finish. Hits the spot. Worth adding a point to the first rating. Tap at CBC. Amber beer, white head. Very fresh spicy hop aroma. Goldings-esque, but also showing a bit more resin than I associate with that hop. Slightly woody character over light crystal malt and sweet breadiness. Warming really freshens the hops up, allowing soft peach and mango character come out as well as sharpening the previously mentioned spiciness. Long resiny bitterness. Nice IPA. swoopjones (7020) - Buffalo, New York, USA - NOV 18, 2008
On tap @ Coles Buffalo NY. Very good APA. Nice hop aroma & flavor. As fresh hop beers are concerned this is right up there with Sierra Harvest. Very drinkable well balanced APA. Hops definately are the story here and they should be. Fresh NYS hops. Somewhat piney & citrusy. Great beer Aurelius (5335) - Tallahassee, Florida, USA - OCT 25, 2005
Mellow western hop aroma. Impressive woody auburn. Pleasant bittering, baking powder biscuity. Orangey backend, proper carbonation and linger hops earn this a good palate rating. A solid brewpub PA. medium body, light sweetness. mjs (7357) - Helsinki, FINLAND - OCT 24, 2009
(Cask at Chelsea Cask Festival) Golden and clear. Small white head. Hops, malts and white bread in aroma. Medium bodied palate with low carbonation. Malts, hops, grain, bitterness, sweetness and fruitiness in taste. Bitter and grainy aftertaste. Quite enjoyable.
