0,5L can enjoyed with new friends in Nikopol, Ukraine. 4,8%, 12’. Scents of herbs, spices, as ginger, cloves or carnation, as used in cakes, maybe a citric hint too. Orange colour, wheat hazy, white head on it. Tastes spicy cake, hops of course, mild and sweet malts, very nice. Mouthfeel smooth, a bit watery, but very easy to drink. Aftertaste surprisingly flowerish, out in a sweet hoppy meadow.

Hazy darker yellow color with a marshmallow looking off-white head. Light pale malt, orange and circus peanut scents. Much softer in taste than I expected form this one. Light sweet start with a hint of spice. Mandarin orange flavors dominate. A bit simple, but for the style it didn’t miss by much. 9/12

500 ml bottle. Pours hazy apricot orange colour. Initially tall frothy head fades fast with no any traces of lacing. Aroma is very sweet & spicy; coriander, zest, fruit esters, yeast, apple sourness. Taste: dried apricots, coriander, wheat, spices, canned apples. Long dry fizzy spicy finish. Low carbonation. Ok witbier.

0.5 can. Very hazy, dark gold color and a medium, white head. Aroma of pale malts, metal, grains, corn, some wheat, and a touch of banana. Taste is very hackneyed: grains, banana, delicate hints of alcohol, and not much else. A medium body, a slick and smooth texture, and an average carbonation. Finish is fruitier, a tad citric even. Overall a standard pale lager, rather palatable.

Bottle 0,5l.Weak hazy yellow colour. Frothing initially large head that subsides quickly. Decent wheat aroma with citrus and coriander. Flavour has not much going for it, not offensive but not great either. Some citrus and coriander, but not much. Fairly bland. Mouthfeel remains fizzy throughout. Not much aftertaste either.

Bottle 0,5l from local market in Rachiv. Hazy, yellow colored. AROMA- pleasant and sweet, fruits, yeasts, wheat, coriander. FLAVOR- moderately sweet, nice wheat malts, coriander, no bitterness. Medium bodied.
Tasty beer, the first I’ve found in Ukraine.
