Clear medium orange yellow color with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, nutty, caramel - pale caramel, sweet malt, earthy malt. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, sweet malt, earthy - nutty, coconut. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat.

GBBF Day 1. Cask. Clear deep gold beer, few white bubbles. Palate is light and semi dry. Clean pale malts, sweetish. Good marmalade, little lemon. Dry finish. Fine.

Cask @ Ship and Mitre, Liverpool. Clear copper-amber with a small head. The biscuit-grain hits you straight away in its taste, it’s certainly dominant and very pleasant, giving it quite a gritty texture.
