Pours a very light yellow with little head. Aroma is light, but flavor has the canonical lager bite. I suppose that’s good. polarisbeerguy (42) - Lake Orion, Michigan, USA - APR 24, 2013
Aroma is neat with a mild appeal my palate caught a dry cherry presence a good lager for session style troyc (2869) - Illinois, USA - FEB 9, 2015
[Bottle] Bright golden pour with a dense white head on top. Notes of cereal grains and a light grassy bitterness in the nose. Flavors of grassy hops, and lighter herbal note, grains and crackers. More bitterness than expected. Good balance. Overall, pretty decent in my opinion. Cybercat (6340) - Georgia, USA - FEB 20, 2015
Pours clear, dark amber with a thick, if not persistent, buff head. Looks more like an ale than a typical lager. Malty aroma has a strong fruity overtone, apple with some pear. Flavor is more pale ale than lager, malty with some fruity notes and a hint of hops. Nothing special, but enjoyable. Body is fairly firm, if lacking fizz. Overall, not too shabby. polomagnifico (1202) - Saginaw, Michigan, USA - MAY 11, 2013
Bottle. Aroma has notes of aromatic hops and caramel malts with a classic lager yeast tone. Golden yellow hue with an average white head that mostly diminished and left no lace. Flavor is medium sweet and lightly bitter. Palate is medium bodied and with average carbonation. Overall a nice lager.

Light Copper, Huge Long Lasting Foamy Head, That Left Lots Of Lacing. Faint Hop Aroma. Grainy, Malty, Good Hop Finish, lasting Light Bitter aftertaste. I also had my portion of beers from Stevens Point, WI that were below par but this one was quite good. Whoever says that this one is like a macro, ever did not have a macro in a while and do not remember what they taste or should write me, so I could try a macro that has actual hops in it. Like I’ve said, pretty good for a style that is somewhat bland and is not that exciting. Refreshing and good thirst Quencher. Worth a Try. jmagnus87 (3302) - Rockford, Illinois, USA - DEC 12, 2012
12oz bottle poured into a shaker. Pours a clear burnt orange with a thin ring of white head. Aroma of corn and grains with a hint of skunk and a little citrus. Taste is light bitter. Skunky herbal and citrus hops with some corn and grains and a little caramel. . Light bodied with a somewhat thin texture. Lively carbonation and a decently long finish. Overall, not bad. I could drink this again, but probably wouldn’t seek it out. MrHangover (4693) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - APR 25, 2015
Bottle, brought by a friend from Chicago. Pours a lovely, clear copper coloured beer with a big white head on top. Aroma is grainy, malty and bit skunky. Flavor is mildly bitter, slight citric and has a medium bittersweet finish. Really soft, subtle and easy going, like a decent lager should have. crossovert (14134) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAY 6, 2013
Up front it is nicely herbal and hoppy, finishes watery and plasticy. Half way there.
