COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Slice Summer Ale is the perfect beer for the blistering hot days of summer. To give this beer a unique twist, coriander spice and sweet orange peel are added to the kettle during the boil to provide a balanced flavor and refreshing taste. Slice is light bodied with a highly carbonated crisp dry finish. A touch of Munich malt adds to the beer’s malt profile while a few pounds of citrus-like hops provide a thirst quenching hop character to compliment the beer. At the brewery, we serve Slice Summer Ale with a fresh cut orange on the rim and encourage squeezing it into the beer. The fresh orange helps accentuate the orange peel used in our brewing process. 5.2% ABV

Light all around, this off yellow beer is good for the heat if a little generic. The orange slice and coriander especially are light, but pleasant.

Draught at the brewpub. Hazy golden, minimal head. Fruity nose. Fairly sweet with red currant being prominent. Light bodied with clean, rounded mouthfeel. Low bitterness.
