1.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 4/20
12 oz. bottle from Mix-a-six at Binny’s, Plainfield. I figure ONE bottle is all I ever need to see the rest of my life. What you guys seem not to understand is that, according to the label, drinking it will make witness "chickness!" That and a totally mindless choice of same old girly typeface for the label just makes this a better deal! And hey! The screw-off cap means this is the easiest Chick I’ve ever been able to get the top off, hunh hunh!
Okay. Just pouring from downwind, it does look like a standard pale lager, so at least some points there. Pale yellow, at least a half-finger head.
Smell is way too chemical. Some corn sweetener, and like others have said, a slight strange perfume. Taste is just another bit of icky lite beer. with a lot of corn adjunct that’s been "processed" to remove calories. At best, a watered down malt liquor with headache-inducing fusel alcohol still there.
12 oz bottle pours golden with a white head. Aroma and taste are grass and malts. nimbleprop (8377) - SouthWest, Washington, Washington DC, USA - JAN 10, 2016
12oz bottle pours a clear gold with some cloudy white head. Nose is gross, bad malt, cheap soggy bread. Flavor is corn starch, creamed corn, soggy bread. Terrible. GenDV138 (7284) - Falls Church, Virginia, USA - JAN 10, 2016
Bottle at the nuplastikk returns tasting in VA. Clear straw yellow with off-white head. Aromas of corn, malt. Tastes of malt, corn, wheat. Light body with a dry finish. solidfunk (8943) - Washington D.C., Washington DC, USA - JAN 9, 2016
Makes my ovaries tingle. Golden pour with ok head and lacing. Mildly more sour on aftertaste than a bud. I guess that’s what makes it a chick beer. Bottle shared at tasting. Travlr (24691) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - JAN 9, 2016
Aged bottle courtesy of MrChopin, not sure what to say. Very clear very pale yellow color. Aroma of watery lemon. Taste is watery water with a lemon wedge in in.

Rated on 02-06-2012 (Bottle) This beer pours a small very fizzy white head that mostly diminishes, pale yellow transparent body, fizzy, fast rising carbonation, and no lacing. The aroma is corn and grainy. The flavor is lightly sweet and corn. The mouthfeel is lively and this beer is medium bodied. This beer is what I was expecting...BAD! A bland, boring, no character, bad tasting beer. Next!! jmagnus87 (2912) - Rockford, Illinois, USA - OCT 13, 2013
Bottle poured into a shaker. Pours a clear pale gold with a half finger of white head. Aroma is slightly maltier than average. Taste is medium sweet. Cotton candy and sugar with a good dose of corn. Light bodied with a thin texture. Lively carbonation but not much of a finish. Overall, ok. Nothing I would seek out but...here it is. davey101 (751) - Connecticut, USA - MAY 4, 2013
Huge thanks to match1112 for this pink wale of mine. What luck he has for having this in his distribution. 12 oz bottle into a tulip glass.
A - Crystal clear yellow. Pale as can be. Faint edging and a swirl yields some quick lacing.
S - Very sweet corn aroma. Its a sweetness that I attribute to most AAL, but it cranks things up to 11 with an almost fruit like level. It smells....attractive?
T - Sweet corn, a bit of cereal grain, and then nothing. Perhaps the least offensive, least interesting, and least imaginative beer I have ever had. Mouth feel is crisp and lively.
O - I mean....its kind of good. Its a very sweet and light beer that I could drink far too easily. Its just so damn easy. I’m gonna go ahead and use a word that you’ll probably never see on this page. Quaffable. Bam, chick beer is quaffable.
